If you feel the call to connect your own spiritual life to the spiritual lives of others...

What is WSC?

The Washington Spiritual Connection (WSC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to forming interpersonal spiritual connections between a diverse population within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area.

What does WSC promote?

WSC is creedless, non-denominational and non-sectarian.  WSC does not promote any theology or religion, but we do ascribe to some basic principles.  Here is the short list:
God exists (whatever that means).
People should love God and one another.
Spiritual growth is advanced by
open fellowship, and
active learning.

It is the latter items (fellowship and learning) that WSC promotes.

Who is welcome?

Everyone!  This includes:
Traditionalists: Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, and Hindus.
Neo-pagans and Wiccans.
New thought and new age spiritualists.
Every ethnicity and national origin.
Loving life styles: straight, gay, lesbian, bi, you name it.

We are enriched by the diversity of our voices.

What does WSC do?

WSC hosts activities that promote open fellowship and active learning experiences in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.  Here are some examples:
Evenings where people gather for a simple meal, to hear a lecture from an academician or author, and to carry on discussions.
Theme based retreats to natural settings (mountains or shore) to pursue healing, worship, meditation, etc.
Social events for those who share a common desire to learn and grow in spirit.
